About Me
I started studying yoga in the early 1980's in Vancouver with Wende Davis. I then started teaching in the early 90's and now teach in Salmon Arm B.C. I am co-owner of Shuswap Yoga. Yoga has been a major part of my life and am touched and awed by the students who come to class and begin to see how yoga has make their lives so much better.
