About Me

I'm 37 year old woman. I have a passion for yoga. I was introduced to yoga in my Ballet and Modern dance training when I was 13. I love the body honoring and healing it has brought into my life. I wish to continue and flurish in this wonderful life path. I plan to complete my 500 hr with a yin, restoritive and bhakti yoga teachers training program.
