About Me

I have been practicing yoga on a personal level for 15yrs more therapeutically after an automobile accident 10yrs ago.
This lead me to look more into the natural healing of our own body and lead me to complementary services with the intention to share the info that is helping me to maintain a wonderful healthy life.

About My Service

Small classes of various levels of therapeutic and general cross disciplinary yoga as well as one on one personalized sessions.
Aromatherapy massage combined with craniosacral therapy and reiki.
