About Me

I started my yoga journey in Iyengar in 2001 after teaching english in Japan for a year. I could barely touch my toes! As the yoga world spread to Calgary, I continued with all types of yoga- and continue to be open to any style. I have 3 young boys, so have been able to do lots of preschool yoga classes, which continues to broaden my mind and flexibility.
