About Me

I've started practicing yoga and meditation in kinder garden in 1976, but started to be very serious about the practices in 1991. In 2007 did my 200h YTT and since then I've attending various conferences and workshops form various renown teachers. I've collected 1000 hours so far. I am continuing my studies to go deeper into my understanding of yoga. Yoga is my passion, my oxygene, my food for the heart body and mind and will continue to pursue in my trainings and my study of this beautiful and vaste discipline.
