About Me
I am the mother of 4 grown children and Nana to 2 little grandchildren. I am currently still working - Previously President/Owner of the Life Science Company MJS BioLynx Inc. and now as Vice President of our Canadian Distribution company for products for Life Science Research and Chromatography (38 years) - Over 10 years ago I completed three Chopra Center Certification programs - Primordial Sound Meditation , Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health (Ayurvedic Life Style). The training is used to help support our employees, customers, family and community to find some peace, balance and vitality in their busy lives.
About My Service
Currently a volunteer yoga teacher at our local Brockville Montessori school for a group of 30 little yogi's.
Private lessons are offered for introduction to meditation, yoga, chair yoga and restorative yoga.
Occasionally yoga sessions are scheduled in our office lunch room.
