About Me

I am the mother of 4 grown children and Nana to 2 little grandchildren. I am currently still working as Vice President of a Canadian Distribution company for products for Life Science Research and Chromatography. Over 10 years ago I completed three Chopra Center Certification programs - Primordial Sound Meditation , Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Ayurveda .Life Style. The training is used to help support our employees, customers, family and community to find some peace, balance and vitality in their busy lives.

About My Service

Currently a volunteer yoga teacher at our local Brockville Montessori school for a group of 30 little yogi's.
Private lessons offered for introduction to yoga and restorative yoga.
Occasionally yoga sessions are offered in our Office Lunch room.
