About Me

I am passionate about yoga and believe that it has 'saved my life' many times over. I have always felt that yoga was something that I was meant to give away to others. Being retired, I charge just enough to cover hall rental and insurance. Any profits are donated, by our group, to a local charity. I am grateful that we can do this.

About My Service

I teach energy-based yoga to seniors. 'Energy' refers to the energy of the body, a gentle style of yoga suitable for my students.
