About Me
I have been practicing Yoga since 2007 and have had many benefits from my personal practice, it has become life time goal to give that to others
About My Service
I currently teach Hatha Yoga with a gentle approach introducing Pranayama and Meditation as the students progress in their Asana practice.
I offer one on one classes for Meditation, as well as helping students get the most out of their practice to benefit their overall health and well being.
