About My Service

Mysore -a traditional Mysore classes for students to embrace the rich lineage of the ashtanga system, as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Students are guided through a personal practice with hands on adjustments and dialogue with a teacher

Sattva - A balanced practice incorporating structured sequences of poses, each month focussing on front/back/side or strength bodies. Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) is taught as an integral part of a balanced practice

Ashtanga Elements - Explore the primary series of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, each month exploring themes related to the practice. Emphasis on correct alignment, breath, and deepening ones connection to self. This is a physically challenging class, modifications are taught for beginners.

Yin - Yin yoga is a great class for new and beginner students to increase flexibility and calm the nervous system. Yin is a perfect balance to the more yang styles of Sattva and Ashtanga yoga, and is ideal to practice through out pregnancy. Advanced students will love the healing therapeutic qualities of a yin class.
