About Me
Tiffany is a naturally creative person who has always craved a career where she can express and articulate her passion for helping others. In 2008 she completed the Jivamukti Yoga 300-Hour Teacher Training with David Life and Sharon Gannon, creators of Jivamukti Yoga, and this challenging, flowing style, richly entrenched in yoga philosophy, permeates all of her teaching. Through graceful asana sequences and the integration of words, music and philosophy into her yoga classes Tiffany creates a calming, yet challenging environment for all levels of students.
Creating art has always been incredibly healing for Tiffany, and her recent graduate degree from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute taught her how to use art therapeutically with others. Tiffany seamlessly weaves mindfulness into her art therapy practice emphasizing the interconnectedness of the mind and body by asking an individual to explore and express what they are aware of in the present moment using visual mark making. Tiffany is passionate about continuing to integrate all of her yogic, therapeutic and artistic skills to support others both on and off their yoga mats, and hopes to facilitate yoga & art therapy workshops in the future.
During her me time Tiffany enjoys photography, sailing, drawing, cooking yummy food, writing, stand-up paddle boarding, walking her dog & many other soul nourishing activities.
