About Me

I enjoy spending time with my 2 young children and husband exploring the Fraser Valley where I live and what it has to offer. I spend my free time practicing yoga, deepening my learning of the same through education (formal and informal) and personal practice, playing tennis, dining out with friends and family , exploring local farmers markets and independent businesses.

My intention is to utilize my professional and educational background in healthcare in conjunction with my yoga teacher trainings to empower others and support them in their healing.
