About Me

Beth keeps returning to yoga. With her playful, curious and open approach to life’s journeys, yoga keeps calling her home. As a personal trainer, chaplain, manager, wife, mother and grandmother physical activity – including yoga – helps balance her in the body, mind and spirit.

Always ready for an adventure, Beth has done long distance walking as pilgrimages in Spain, Portugal, Scotland, Nova Scotia and Ontario!
