About Me

I have a background in dance and somatic work, and teach in the Theatre Department of 2 universities. I have had my own yoga practice on and off for most of my professional life. I recently completed a 200 hr YTT at Halifax Yoga and hope to make yoga accessible to many communities, including seniors, tango dancers, and my university students.
