About Me

As a recreational runner and marathon coach, my experience was primarily teaching members of my running group. I supplemented my hatha yoga teacher training with a yoga for runners training (Christine Feldstead).Following a knee injury caused by a fall and a subsequent total knee replacement, I stopped teaching. I have recently discovered aerial yoga and. I’m currently doing a 50-hour aerial, yoga teacher training program.. The accessibility offered by this form of yoga has made me revisit the possibility of building on my existing has a yoga, education and practice to teach this form of yoga

About My Service

I am not currently teaching, but I’m exploring the possibility of leading classes in restorative aerial yoga in my expat, mostly retirement, community.
