About Me

I have practiced yoga since my university years. I am a retired physical education teacher with 37 years of teaching experience and have incorporated Hatha yoga in my teaching practices.
In retirement, I decided to certify as a yoga teacher and seized the opportunity when Barrie Risman was offering a YTT 200 program through Concordia University in my home town, Montreal.
