About Me

I started practicing yoga in 2011 and have been doing so for about 15 years. Since 2020, I have been teaching yoga to adults and kids. I started studying yoga in different sections in 2021 and could successfully get certified for teaching kids' yoga from Rainbow Institute in Australia, 200 hours of yoga training from Payam Mehr School, prenatal yoga from Birthlight in England and meditation for youth and kids from India.

About My Service

I teach Iyengar style yoga to a diverse range of ages, from young adults to seniors. I also teach kids yoga to children from 3 to 12. I also teach prenatal yoga to pregnant women. I also guide meditation sessions since I have a meditation certificate
