About Me

I love spending time outdoors in nature, and I look forward to holding free community classes in a park so yoga classes can be accessible to all people with no financial barriers.
I love dancing and want to incorporate dance flow into some of the yoga classes I create.
I love to learn and look forward to continuously reading more about yoga and taking further specialization classes for specific populations (ex., prenatal yoga, chair yoga, yoga therapy)
