About Me

I received my 200HR Hatha and Vinyasa certification through YogaRenew back in March of this year, and I am currently working through my 20HR Yin yoga certification through YogaRenew. After the completion of my Yin certification, I will be heading into my 300HR YTT, also through YogaRenew.

Yoga is something that has had such a positive impact on my life. Even though I have only been practicing for two years, the lessons I have learned and the peace it has instilled in me is something that I will forever be grateful for. I love being a student of yoga, and I am excited to see where this path will lead me in years to come.
