About Me

Yoga has offered me a place to land in each of the new communities I've called home across this beautiful country. After 20 years of practice, I chose to deepen my knowledge and connection to yoga by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Now, I hope to help create that same sense of space, connection, and community for others- a place where people can come together to move, breathe, and feel at home.

I aim to create a welcoming approachable space where students of all experience levels can move, stretch, breathe and feel at home in their bodies.
