About Me

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario for over 25 years and maintain a practice in a Chiropractic Clinic called Marketplace Chiropractic in a suburb of Ottawa. I have a rich, hands-on knowledge of anatomy, physiology and remedial exercise. When not in the clinic, I enjoy gardening, hiking and creative arts from drawing to knitting to beading.

About My Service

I graduated in April 2026 from the 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training at Pranashanti Yoga Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. I have not begun teaching as yet. I am planning to teach elders in both an individual and group format to maintain a practice of meditation, pranayama and movement that is tailored to each person's specific needs.
