About Me

As a fourteen year yoga practitioner, I have developed a passion for Yoga that I now wish to teach to others. I live in Muskoka and have two daughters, one is also a certified yoga teacher. When not practicing or teaching yoga, I love to cook, hike, I am an active volunteer in my community with a focus on palliative care and fundraising for charities. I have an extensive business career in the aviation industry and fashion industry.
