About Me

I was an aerobic instructor and personal trainer for approximately 12 years. I have been practicing yoga for about ten years and completed my 200 hour certification in July of 2011.

About My Service

I teach all levels classes that are challenging, but there are many options shown to allow participants to choose the practice that is right for them. There is a focus on alignment for joint health, on practicing ahimsa and feeling good!
