About Me

I began my journey in yoga at the age of 4 under the guidance of my father, who was a dedicated yoga teacher. By the age of 12, I had already started teaching yoga at my school, which laid the foundation for my lifelong passion for sharing this practice with others.

I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga from Jain Vishwa Bharati University. Over the years, I have further deepened my knowledge through advanced training programs, including studies at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre in Dharamshala and the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger. I have also completed various meditation courses at the Osho Centre in Nisarga.

In 2023, I moved to Vancouver, Canada as a Permanent Resident. I am now focused on pursuing my passion professionally by working as a yoga trainer and helping individuals achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga.
