About Me

I have just completed my Somatic Experiencing training and am working on completing consults to get my SEP designation. I'm feel gratitude for the ability to move my body and enjoy doing so in various ways, including yoga, running, strength training, hiking and playing with my nephews and niece.

About My Service

I'm teaching a Somatic Yoga & Movement Lab which is a weekly class offered for women who've experience domestic violence and sexual exploitation. This class starts with gentle grounding and arrival, then exploring interoception through small movements, accessible flow, free flow to explore movement impulses and creativity with option to mirror movements, ending in restorative posture.
I also offer a Somatic Intuitive Yin class.
