About Me

I am a certified yoga teacher with specialized training in children’s yoga, yoga in education and therapeutic yoga.
I have experience working with children in community and municipal programs and focus on creating safe, inclusive and playful environments that support body awareness, emotional regulation and overall well-being.

About My Service

I offer children’s yoga classes and well-being workshops for children aged 5–12.
Sessions include age-appropriate yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, mindfulness, cooperative games and creative activities.
Classes are primarily offered indoors, in community, municipal and educational settings.
Occasional activities may take place in different locations.
