About Me

I have been an elementary school teacher for 25 years, so sharing is at the heart of what drives me. I have been practicing yoga more seriously for 4 years. This practice and exploration of various styles led me to want to deepen my knowledge of yoga philosophy and meditation. I started with a yoga training for children and teenagers to bring certain aspects of yoga into my classroom on a daily basis. Then, the desire to officially train came. I completed my 200-hour training in December 2025. Since October, I have been offering a free weekly class to my colleagues. It fills me with joy! I now want to join an alliance to stay up to date and gain credibility.

About My Service

Now, free teaching at my school. I’ll soon be working as a substitute at a yoga and massage therapy center called La Pause.
