About Me

I am a soulful creative person, I ground in nature and practice spirituality through my connection to the great mother earth. I am registered psychotherapist with a specialty in trauma therapy. For the last 5 years, I have been teaching developing therapists how to be highly qualified trauma-focused psychotherapists and deliver expert body-based trauma-informed therapy to clients across the lifespan.
