About Me

I am a semi-retired counsellor who has worked in schools for almost 30 years. I retired from full-time work in June 2023. I am working part-time (2 days/week) as we do not have enough counsellors in our area. I also have a private counselling practice, Hope and Strength from Within Counselling Services. I am a breast cancer survivor and now wish to implement yoga into my life.
