About Me

Completed a Master of Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal Disorders) in 2007 and has been working in the healthcare sector since then, trained in yoga under esteemed Yog Gurus in Rishikesh, integrating traditional practices with modern rehabilitation approaches. Currently working with Alberta Health Services. I like to support seniors in maintaining balance, strength, and mobility by combining his expertise in physiotherapy and yoga therapy. I am also trained in Mental Health First Aid and completed the Geriatric Training Program from McMaster University. I am passionate about holistic senior care, promoting independence, well-being, and quality of life.
