About Me

I'm a family physician who has integrated yoga for patients with musculoskeletal complaints and breathwork for anxiodepressive symptoms in my practise. Growing up in a lower income immigrant home, I never joined sports teams or varsity anything. I didn't see myself as athletic. I discovered yoga when I was burnt out during medical school and it saved me. I want ti share the benefits of yoga with the every day folk.
