About Me

I have maintained an active personal practice since getting my certification in 2014. I am a runner and mobility and movement are a big part of my everyday life. I want to return to more actively teaching yoga, obtin a yin certification and train in traumainformed somatic yoga, so I can teach law enforcement, military, seniors, vulnerable sector, children and Parkinson's patients.
