About Me

Hi,

I am a yoga teacher from the UK. I received my first qualification from a school in London called Yoga Haven in 2015 and subsequently have had trainings in Yin and Forrest Yoga. I have 500 hours of training in both lineages. And most recently in 2020 also obtained training in Perinatal Yoga.

When I lived in London (UK) I was a full-time yoga teacher. I taught roughly 20 hours of yoga per week between 2018 and 2021. Prior to 2018 I taught yoga part-time.

I moved to Calgary in 2021 and have not taught yoga in Calgary yet. I still hold online classes for my UK students which I teach via Zoom weekly. During the past 4 years in Canada I have been a full-time student of Acupuncture and recently graduated and started working as an acupuncturist which is now my full-time job.
