About Me

Mother, yogi, singer. I was introduced to Sivananda in 2005. My life was transformed in 2018 when I did my YTT at the Sivnanada Ashram in the Bahamas. I returned the following year for Karma yoga where I completed a 30hr restorative yoga teacher training course and in 2022 completed a intro to prenatal yoga course.
