About Me

Ayurveda holds a special place in my heart. As a child growing up in rural Ontario, we were practicing the concepts of ayurveda. Until I met Leanne Heart, I did not have a name for how we lived. I just knew that when I varied from it, as a college student, I felt very off and was sick alot.
It brings me great joy to see my clients able to regain control of their bodies and come back to center with the time honored therapies Ayurveda provides.
