About Me

I began yoga to help with pain from spinal fusion due to scoliosis surgery. I then pursued my yoga certification so I can learn more about yoga. During my bachelor of philosophy I took a class about the yogic sutras and vedas- this sparked my interest in the history and philosophies of yoga and I’ve since tried to incorporate them into my life. Currently I'm a law student and am grateful for yoga to help ground me.

About My Service

I offer personalized flows that incorporate many modifications (to make it easier or more challenging). I enjoy incorporating meditations into the beginning and end of my classes.
