About Me

I love to travel and teach and spread yoga to people around the world. My goal is to teach people that yoga is not about being flexible, it is a lifestyle, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual and can help you move through life with ease.

About My Service

I will be teaching a 7 week course. Mondays will be Vinyasa flow with strength and stretch. Wednesdays will be Yin and sound healing.
