About Me

I have been practicing yoga for three decades, with a steadfast commitment to a regular practice over the past 11 years. I earned my Teacher Training Certificate in Montreal in 2016 (380hres Hatha Yoga) and have been sharing my passion for yoga ever since. Recently relocated to beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia.
