About Me

I am an accomplished yoga trainer with a postgraduate degree in Masters of Science in
Ashtanga Yoga from India. I have also completed 200 hrs YTTC, Certification in Pre and Post-
Natal yoga, Diploma in Nutrition and a Certification in Meditation Techniques. I also hold an
MBA.

With almost 85,000+ followers on Instagram and growing, I have had the incredible
opportunity to share my passion for yoga with a wide audience. My journey as a yoga trainer
& therapist has been one of deep transformation, not just for myself but also for my one-to-one
clients and groups. I've successfully conducted transformative yoga training, handling
batch sizes of 25+ with ease and dedication. My Instagram handle is

I specialize in hatha yoga and disease/condition based yoga therapy, aiming to integrate the therapeutic benefits of yoga to promote both mental and physical well-being.

Emphasizing holistic physical and mental wellness through the 'panchkosha' methodology, I engage with people of all ages. I provide daily fitness routines that include a variety of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, and also offer therapeutic approaches for various conditions and ailments. By merging modern and ancient sciences, I incorporate both contemporary and Ayurvedic nutrition, alongside yoga therapy, to deliver a complete wellness plan.
