About Me

With 20 years in healthcare, a few years ago I started my journey with the Chopra centre, completed my first certification as a meditation instructor, then an Ayurveda health instrutor. I have now completed my third certification with my Yoga 200hr certification as a Yoga teacher from the Chopra centre.
