About Me

I am the Program Director & Founder of Rural Roots & Horses to Heart Wellness.
I am an experienced trauma informed yoga teacher who is a graduate from Deva Trees exceptional Cross–Disciplinary Teacher Training. I am continuing my 1000-hour Advanced Level in Deva Trees offerings.
I have deep roots of rural life with my wise Horse teachers which has led and inspired the creation of many wellness retreats & programs embracing the wisdom of Nature & Horses in self-discovery and learning.
I love to inspire others to follow the path of their heart, at Rural Roots you are invited in Self Explorational learning and discovery…. Inspired in the Naturality of self, we are Nature.

About My Service

I will be offering 200 hour Yoga Teacher training. I offer group and private Yoga classes, Retreats, Horse to Heart Yoga Equine Guided Wellness, Meditation classes and private classes.
