I hate telling people about myself. Iam 39 years old, newly graduated from the Higher Love Yoga Academy 200hr YTT. I had a spinal injury in 2019 and had to restart my yoga journey. It helped me to see other people's struggles in a new light and Iam hoping to bring that love and acceptance into my teaching
