About Me

I have been a certified yoga teaching since 2004 with Sivananda Ashrama, that year I also completed thai-yoga massage practicionner certification with Lotus Palm school in Montreal, in 2007 I completed a Shiatsu certification with Dragon and Pheonix in Montreal. In 2009 I did a 3 month intensive yoga developement course with Yasodhara Ashram and completed Yoga Teacher certification with Yasodhara Ashram in 2010. I have been teaching weekly since 2004. In Canada, Germany, France, Spain. In Montreal I was teaching for the breast cancer federation, McGill, Centre Yoga plus, in corporate and run my own studio Yin Yogi. I am currently in a small community in BC, canada where I teach weekly yoga class in a community centre and offer workshop from my house.
