I am a working Professional very keen to learn more ways for keeping a good Health and in process pass on the knowledge I have gained to the others who can benefit from the same. I have practiced Yoga for many years while living in an environment where Yoga has been a lifestyle journey and not just a fitness regime. Alongside Yoga, I actively learn various Health and wellness life style techniques which can be incorporated in the day to day life along with the busy work schedule.
