About Me

My purpose is to bring togetherness in the world through sharing my humanness with others.
I facilitate holding an inclusive space while working with yoga practice and philosophy as a container.

About My Service

I teach vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga at yoga studios. I incorporate Tantric philosophy (Shakta tradition) to honour the tradition and roots of yoga. I'm a primary lead of 200-hour teacher training at Akasha Yoga Montreal. I also host 40-hour Yin training as a continuing education program.
