About Me

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) Candidate, with over 800 hours of advanced yoga training. I’ve completed Level 1 of Shakti School’s Ayurvedic Wellness Coach program and continue to deepen my studies in yoga therapy and holistic health.

With a background in classical ballet, music, and Reiki, I blend intuitive movement, healing, and the power of sound and vibration into every offering. My approach is heart-led and rooted in the belief that yoga is more than a practice—it’s a way of life.

My passion is helping others experience freedom and connection in their bodies, minds, and hearts—both on and off the mat. Whether through asana, breath, or stillness, I aim to create space for self-discovery, regulation, and joy.

When I’m not teaching or practicing, you can find me cooking nourishing meals, playing guitar or ukulele, singing at local kirtans, or exploring the forests and beaches of the land I’m so grateful to call home. Practicing yoga in nature continues to be one of my deepest joys.
