About Me

I've been practicing yoga for 10 years in regular temperature and hot yoga. I am 53 years old and have 3 kids. I have always had a passion for yoga for mental and physical reasons and have wanted to further my yoga practice by becoming certified at the 200 level. I plan to continue to increase my level of learning to 500 hr as I continue to gain teaching experience
