About Me

I am a 73 yr old woman who has travelled the world teaching yoga classes and performance workshops incorporating yoga and breathwork. 1999 - 2003 I was teaching yoga at sea with Crystal Cruises to a diverse audience ranging from age 25 to 97. Have had studios in Guelph, ON, Vancouver, BC and Amsterdam NL. Returned to Guelph in 2018. Currently have 3 Chair Yoga classes and a number of private Yoga Therapy clients.

About My Service

Since developing severe osteoarthritis, and various joint replacements, I am currently offering Chair Yoga to Seniors and anyone dealing with physical limitations.
