About Me

I’m a registered nurse for the past 18 years- practicing yoga for 15 years. I volunteer coach girls fastball, boys baseball, junior golf, ice hockey, and cross country running in my spare time. I volunteer with our local running club and a member of our local minor baseball group and golf course association board member. I have three children- 12, 10, and 8 and help out on our family grain farm. I enjoy running, hiking, gardening, and of course- yoga! I just completed my 200 hr yoga course through Kootenany Yoga School in California.
