About Me

I am passionate about yoga and sharing the benefits of yoga with others. I teach yoga part time in the evenings and provide case management to adults with intellectual disabilities as my day job. I love to spend time with my family. I have three young boys who keep me busy and on my toes! When I'm not doing yoga I love to read, write, draw, travel and spend time in nature.
