About Me
I started practicing yoga in 2015 out of curiosity and followed Luna Yoga's teacher training to deepen my knowledge and pratice of yoga. I never had the intention to teach but I discovered I had a certain ease to teaching and realized the good that it brings to people.
Although I am not a full time yoga instructor, the weekly classes I teach are my favourite moment of the week.
About My Service
I teach vinyasa classes that teach students to reconnect with their breath and their body. I do this to help people find peace, health and a more positive outlook on life.
